Format of the School
This School will feature tutorial style lectures introducing themes of broad interest in the areas of non-equilibrium systems, quantum fluids, engineered quantum systems, Rydberg atoms and ions and quantum information, among others from a theoretical and experimental perspective providing a basis for new members of the community, deepening the knowledge of more experienced ones and giving a flavour of current trends in the field. All lectures will be given by leading scientists from around the world, but participants are strongly encouraged to present and discuss their own research, especially during a dedicated poster session and a few contributed talks. The level of the lectures will be aimed at graduate students and young post-docs.
When?
The school will take place from the 1st to the 5th of September, 2025.
Where?
The school will take place in Granada, at the beautiful Carmen de la Victoria, at the heart of the old moorish quarter Albaicin.
Registration
Places on the summer school are limited so early registration is recommended. Applications will be considered by a selection panel to achieve an appropriate balance of attendees. The registration is now open.
Fees and accommodation
A registration fee of 500 EUR will be payable after acceptance. The fee will cover participation, accommodation for the five nights from 1st to 5th September, lunch from 2nd to 5th, reception buffet on the evening of the 1st and conference dinner.
There will be a possibility of waiving these fees totally or partially for a small number of participants. If you are in need of this, please provide a full explanation in the comments section of the registration.
